I work seasonal March to first week of Nov. the past 4 years I collected unemployment. this year the amusement park says because we are seasonal with no call back date in writing we are not eligilble fro UC benefits. there was was never an issue until this year for some reason. does the employer have the right to tell us that we cannot apply for UC benefits. I already have my end date for this year which is 11-7 and my return date for next year is March11. Is this Legal?

The unemployment office has the final say and there is no penalty for applying. See if you can get that return date in writing.
