I worked for a company for just over two years. My last seven months the company relocated to another state, so I worked at their new location in MN. I filed unemployment through MN, since it was the last state I worked in for the company. The problem is that they didn't report my wages to MN. So, MN can't seem to "pull" all my applicable wages. They are only showing one quarter of wages between the two states. (But I worked for then for two years!) They customer service people can't seem to correct this confusion. How do I escalate this situation and to whom?

The best move I can think of is to ask for a supervisor/Manager to escalate the situation or perhaps ask for escalation matrix within their organisation.
