I might be able to get a job with a clinical testing company for my medical condition. I will be paid $5000 and since I am on unemployment and collecting $318 a week, can I do this study and not receive unemployment funds for the 20 days of the test, but then reopen my ui claim once the test is over? I am worried by the amount of the test pays me that I will not be able to reopen my claim that I have been on since 8-23-13.I am afarid due to the amount I will make that I will not be able to reopen my claim.

Yes,please. Notify the relevant state authority and do not make a claim for the weeks you will be paid for the tests.

Speak to a representative before doing so, for any potential drawbacks.
