My daughter worked as a Shift manager for and assisted living facility. New Office Mgr hired and made structural changes. Wanted me to move to night position from day position. She was willing to do that except she wanted to continue her Celebrate Recovery meetings (as an addict) for a 2 hr peiod only on  Friday evenings and indicated willingness to make up time any time else. They said NO and she was reduced to a care giver position with less hours and less pay. After working the care giver position she now has been cut in hours again.
Is the eligible for "partial unemployment" and would her case be considered a violation of ADA?

She should be eligible for partial unemployment on the hours cut. Please ask her to file for UI with the state.
