if I quite a job due to car wreck injury and employee giving me a hard time being off work can i get unemployent?

had a wreck not my fault got a spinal neck injury and missed some work and my employee keep writing me o on it can I quite and draw employement?

Always try to maintain a good working relationship.  If they fire you, you will have a less biased person(s) reviewing the circumstances.Regardless, be prepared to explain your side and how you tried to do your job to the best of your ability.
