as a teacher, I made 30,800 for two years.  They said my job was eliminated.  My summer job was only $9.00 per hour.  I didn't get called back as a teacher, and now summer is over and I can't work 40-45 hours any longer.  I will be lucky to get 25-32 hours.  Can I get partial unemployment, and can it be based on my salary as a teacher?

You can file a claim.  It may not be based on your wages as a teacher - depends on the type of school.  Tell them the name of both employers, contact information, etc.
