I live in Wisconsin and my company hast ransfered me to there Canadian branch for work. If i am in Canada log term how will this affect my unemployment if i get laid off?

As a US citizen worldwide earnings are reported to the US.  How much you make, how long you are there, if you maintain a residence in each country , will determine income taxes.  If you get laid off and return to the states, you should have US wages pun which to base a claim.
