I am in West Virginia I was told that my job was being eliminated but was offered a different job for less pay.  Am I eligible for benefits if I don't accept this offer?

Each state has its own definition of suitable work.  You will have difficulties with unemployment if you refuse suitable work.  Generally speaking, you are not expected to take less of a job than the one you had unless you have been out of work for a long period.  As this website is not affiliated with any unemployment office, I recommend calling your local office and see if you can find your state's definition of suitable work on the web.
